Ljubljana Stock Exchange Inc, (hereinafter referred to as: LJSE) has renewed the SI ENTER market and introduced a new segmentation of the SI ENTER market, which will be divided into segments: BASIC, ADVANCE and PROGRESS. In addition to stocks, bonds and commercial papers, also depositary receipts for underlying shares and bonds may be listed on the segments ADVANCE and PROGRESS.

On September 16, 2019, the LJSE’s Management Board adopted the new SI ENTER Rules, which will enter into force on the fifteenth day after the announcement, thus on October 1, 2019, and new rulebooks that apply to the PROGRESS segment:

• Regulations on the Form and Content of the Listing Document, and
• Regulations on obtaining the Status of the Advisor on the PROGRESS Segment.

Pursuant to the transitional provisions of the SI ENTER Rules, from the date of entry into force of the new SI ENTER Rules (i.e. 1 October 2019), it shall be deemed that the issuer has committed to complying with and implementing all relevant provisions of the SI ENTER Rules, and that their securities, which are listed on the SI ENTER market on the day the new SI ENTER Rules enter into force, are listed in the following manner:

• Shares on the ENTER Equity ADVANCE sub-segment are listed on the sub-segment ADVANCE SHARES;
• Bonds on the ENTER BONDS sub-segment are listed on the sub-segment ADVANCE BONDS;
• Commercial papers on the ENTER Commercial Papers sub-segment are listed on the sub-segment ADVANCE COMMERCIAL PAPERS;
• Shares on the ENTER Equity BASIC sub-segment are listed on the sub-segment SHARES SLOVENIA. 

   

  The new SI ENTER Rules and Regulations are currently available only in Slovene language (http://www.ljse.si/cgi-bin/jve.cgi?doc=18291). English translations shall be available by the end of September 2019.
