Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa, d. d., Vojkovo nabrežje 32, Koper, hereby publishes the following announcement:

Intereuropa d.d. hereby announces that it received the following notice from Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. on 11 November 2019:

“On behalf of the buyer of shares in Intereuropa d.d. (Pošta Slovenije d.o.o.) based on the Agreement on the sale and purchase of shares in Intereuropa d.d. concluded on 10 May 2019 (contracting parties: buyer Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. and consortium of sellers SID - Slovenska izvozna in razvojna banka, d.d., Ljubljana, Nova Ljubljanska Banka d.d., Ljubljana, Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor d.d., Gorenjska Banka d.d., Kranj, SKB Banka d.d. Ljubljana, Banka Intesa Sanpaolo d.d.), we hereby inform you that all of the conditions precedent for the finalisation of the sale, i.e. the purchase of a majority interest in Intereuropa d.d. by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., have been met. The sale will be finalised on Wednesday, 13 November 2019 in Ljubljana.”

This announcement will be published on the website of Intereuropa, d. d. at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
