Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Intereuropa d.d., of Vojkovo nabrežje 32, Koper, publishes the following announcement:

Intereuropa d.d. hereby informs the general public that it received notification from NOVA KBM d.d., Maribor on 20 November 2019 regarding a change to its significant holdings, as follows:

We inform you of the completion of a transaction under the signed contract on the sale of shares in Intereuropa, Globalni logistični servis, d.d., Vojkovo nabrežje 32, 6000 Koper-Capodistria held by NOVA KBM d.d., meaning the latter will no longer achieve the 15% threshold for a significant holding. You were informed of the sale in May 2019, which was made under conditions precedent. These conditions have now been met.

Intereuropa d.d. hereby informs the general public that NOVA KBM d.d. held a total of 4,036,044 shares or 14.68% of the company’s voting rights.

This announcement will be published on Intereuropa’s website www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of five years from the date of publication.
