Under the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the legislation in force, Intereuropa, d.d., Koper hereby makes the following announcement:

Koper, 17 December 2019. At today’s session, the Supervisory Board of Intereuropa d.d. discussed the business plan of the Intereuropa Group for 2020 and gave it a positive assessment. The approval of the business plan of the Intereuropa Group for 2020 will be the topic of discussion at one of the upcoming sessions of the Supervisory Board. 

The announcement will be published on SEOnet and on the Intereuropa website www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
