On 30 December 2019, Mateja Živec, member of the Sava Re supervisory board, acquired 1.000 POSR shares for a total amount of EUR 18,200.00, representing 0.0058% of issued shares and 0.0065% of shares outstanding.

Prior to this transaction Mateja Živec did not hold POSR shares.
