Based on the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the legislation in force, the company Gorenje, d.d., is publishing the following announcement:

On 23 December 2013., based on the finished procedure of subscribed and paid new shares of Gorenje, d.d., the company Gorenje, d.d., has received the resolution of the court register, Celje, No. Srg  2013/54315, dated on 23 December 2013.  This resolution is relating to the registration of share capital changes from EUR 76,060,181.93 to EUR 92,240,139.36, number of shares from 18,227,062 to 22,104,427 and changes of statute, related to above quoted changes.

The trading in newly issued shares is expected to start on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Warsaw Stock Exchange on Monday, 30 December 2013.
