The change in the portion of the Supervisory Board member securities in the company capital

The member of the Supervisory Board Mr. Bogdan Pušnik has on the 11th of November 2005 bought at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange 250 Gorenje, d.d., GRVG shares in the amount of SIT 1,365,600. After this transaction held Mr. Pušnik 1,250 GRVG shares or 0.0102% stake in the company capital.
