Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d. d., hereby publishes the following notification:
Telekom Slovenije, d. d., received the decision of the Higher Court dismissing the appeal by Sinfonika, d. d. – in bankruptcy and confirming the decision of the court in the first instance, which fully rejected the claims of Sinfonika, d. d. – in bankruptcy against the defendant Telekom Slovenije, d. d., for the payment of damages due to alleged abuse of its dominant market share by introducing centrex service and charging for DDI in the amount of 34,347,627.00 EUR with statutory interest on late payment.

The decision is final.

The notification is also published at the company’s website www.telekom.si for the period of at least five years following the announcement.
