Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d. d., hereby publishes the following notification:
 
Telekom Slovenije, d. d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana notifies the public that it received a partial and interim ruling ref. no. VIII Pg 890/2007 on 19 April 2012, issued by the Ljubljana District Court on 19 April 2012 in the commercial dispute between the plaintiff SKY NET d.o.o. and the defendant Telekom Slovenije, d.d. (previously Mobitel, d.d.), regarding the payment of 25,959,896.34 EUR with related amounts under a modified claim. The claimed amount equals the alleged damages for the failure to fulfill contractual obligations regarding the construction of base stations.
       
With the said ruling the Ljubljana District Court ruled that the plaintiff’s claim for the payment of 9,363,951.25 EUR plus legal default interest be rejected, and that the remaining part of the plaintiff’s claim for the payment of 16,595,944.09 EUR plus legal default interest is justified.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d. is still examining the received ruling and will keep the shareholders and public informed on further procedures in this matter.
 
The notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
