Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the Resolutions of the 21st extraordinary Shareholders Assembly, which was held today, on October 21, 2014, at the company’s headquarters.

Representation of five major shareholders:

The share of voting rights held by five shareholders with the largest shareholdings amounted to a combined figure of 91.168 percent, relative to the total of voting shares. The following five major shareholders were represented at the Assembly:

• Agrokor, d.d.: number of shares and votes 3,040,597, share relative to all voting shares 81.667%;
• Societe Generale - Splitska Banka, d.d.: number of shares and votes 353,103, share relative to all voting shares 9.484%;
• Djurić Vladimir: number of shares and votes 250, share relative to all voting shares 0.007%;
• Gaber Jurij: number of shares and votes 200, share relative to all voting shares 0.005%;
• Fortunat Miloš: number of shares and votes 193, share relative to all voting shares 0.005%.

As at the day of the assembly, the company held 42,192 treasury shares which are non-voting shares.
