Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, SI-1000 Ljubljana, is, in accordance with the Securities Market Agency’s Decision no 40200-2/2016-6 of 15 July 2016, publishing the Prospectus for listing the company’s TLS1 bonds for trading on the regulated market, as detailed in the attachment.

The said document is available at issuer’s headquarters, and is published on its website www.telekom.si.

The announcement will also be available on Telekom Slovenije’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
