Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Ljubljana, Sava Re, d.d., Ljubljana hereby announces the following:

The process of merging four insurance companies – Zavarovalnica Maribor, Zavarovalnica Tilia, Velebit osiguranje and Velebit životno osiguranje –, all members of the Sava Re Group, has been officially completed. Today Zavarovalnica Sava, d.d., has been entered in the register of companies. The merger process has run both according to plan and successfully, as seen by the owner.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
