Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI), the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the resolutions of the 29th General Meeting of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., which took place on 11 Mayl 2018, at the company headquarters, Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana.

The adopted resolutions are attached to this notification and published at the company website www.telekom.si for a period of at least five years following the notification.
