With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 1 June 2018 up to and including 7 June 2018. Krka acquired 7,891 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 459,881 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 1 June 2018: 1,914 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.00
- on 4 June 2018: 1,897 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.59      
- on 5 June 2018:    282 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.00
- on 6 June 2018: 1,854 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.37 and
- on 7 June 2018: 1,944 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.21. 

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 766,918 representing 2.339% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 774,809 representing 2.363% of all shares issued.
