Petrol d.d., Ljubljana notifies the interested public of the information received on 14th December 2018 from ERSTE d.o.o. – društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, in accordance with Article 141 of ZTFI-1, relating to their stake in Petrol, Slovenska energetska družba, d.d., Dunajska c. 50, 1000 Ljubljana, exceeding the significant 5 percent threshold.

As at 14th December 2018, ERSTE d.o.o. – društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, Ivana Lučića 2a, 10000 Zagreb, Hrvatska owned 104,604 shares of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana (designated as PETG), representing 5.01 percent of the company’s voting rights
