Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

At its 12th regular meeting on Monday, 15 June 2020, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., unanimously approved a reconstruction of all functions of Supervisory Board members and committees.

It elected Aleš Šabeder to the position of the President of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. His deputies are Barbara Gorjup as the representative of the shareholders and Drago Kijevčanin as the representative of employees.

The notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
