In accordance with the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Management Board of Nova KBM d.d. hereby gives the following notice:

On 8 June 2012, the Shareholders' Meeting of Nova KBM d.d. made a ruling requiring the relevant bodies of the Bank to immediately start undertaking capital raising activities. Within the context of these activities, the non-core assets of the Nova KBM Group should be sold by the end of December 2012 at the latest.

Pursuant to the ruling made by the Shareholders' Meeting, the management of the Bank started carrying out the necessary procedures for the sale of such assets. More detailed information concerning these procedures will be provided to shareholders and the interested public in accordance with the applicable regulations, taking into account the Bank's commitment to responsible, transparent and equitable provision of information.

This notice will be available on the Bank's website (www.nkbm.si) from 5 July 2012.
