The company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., announces the change of the Financial calendar of the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., for the year 2012.

An additional meeting of the Supervisory board, initially scheduled for October 10, 2012, shall be postponed to a later date, and will be held on October 18, 2012. In this meeting new strategy and medium-term policies of the Mercator Group will be introduced.

Changes of the Financial calendar of the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., are disclosed in attachment Changed Financial calendar of the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d. for the year 2012.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercator.si as of September 21, 2012, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
