Renewed request for listing expansion of transformed shares

Luka Koper, d.d. has again filed the request to the Ljubljana stock exchange for listing expansion of transformed shares, as in accordance with the adopted resolution of the General assembly from 19th July 2007. The adopted resolution includes the transformation of 6,860,000 preferential shares with limited voting rights into ordinary shares. The total number of ordinary shares is now 14,000,000.
The expansion of listing will be performed after the Securities Board of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange will adopt the decision and after the KDD central registry will conclude proper procedures.
