Luka Koper d.d. sold its stake in Banka Koper

Luka Koper d.d.informs interested publics that as in accordance with the contract dated 18th December 2008, has sold 8,857 shares in Banka Koper d.d. - its entire remaining holding in the company - to Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., Piazza San Carlo 156, 10121 Turin, Italy. This stock, which accounts for 1.67 percent of all Banka Koper shares, realised a total purchase price of € 4,561,355. Luka Koper d.d.decided to sell its stake in Banka Koper in agreement with the shareholders of Intereuropa d.d. and Istrabenz d.d.
