Pursuant to relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:


The strategic alliance agreement between Mercator - H, d.o.o, and trading company Getro, d.d., which was concluded on December 18th 2009, has entered into force today, February 17th 2010, as all the conditions in the agreement were fulfilled.


This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercator.si as of February 17th 2010, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
