Koper, 9 March 2010. Intereuropa d.d. is hereby informing the interested public that following the approved Programme of measures for implementation by the Managing Board, which envisions the sale of non-operating assets, the Company disposed on 5 March 2010 of the real property located at Šmartinska c.134/b in Ljubljana to the buyer Prva osebna zavarovalnica d.d., Ljubljana. The purchase price inclusive of the property transfer tax was EUR 7.7 million.
