With a reference to the own shares acquisition announcement from 25 November 2010, Krka is informing the public that from 18 March 2011 up to and including 24 March 2011 Krka acquired 15,024 own shares in the total value of EUR 907,776 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Certius bph d. o. o. and NLB d. d. were the brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transactions was 1,736,916, representing 4.903% of all shares issued.

The total number of own shares after these transactions is 1,751,940, representing 4.945% of all shares issued.
