Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d. d. hereby publishes the following notification:

Telekom Slovenije, d.d. is publishing the amended 2012 Financial Calendar, which was first published at SEOnet on 28 November 2011. The changes relate to the convocation of an additional general meeting which is to take place on 7 March 2012 (21st General Meeting), with the 22nd General Meeting being rescheduled for 21 June 2012.

The notification is also published at the company website www.telekom.si for the period of at least five years following the announcement.
