For the reason of amending the published document on page 194, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. is republishing the Audited Consolidated Annual Report of the Telekom Slovenije Group and Telekom Slovenije, d.d. for 2011.

The notification is also published at the company’s website www.telekom.si for the period of at least five years following the announcement.
