On its constitutional meeting on 2 July 2012 the Supervisory Board of Deželna banka Slovenije d. d. elected Mr. Peter Vrisk for President and Mr. Marjan Janžekovič for Deputy President of the Deželna banka Slovenije d. d. Supervisory Board.

The Deželna banka Slovenije d. d. Supervisory Board also elected the Remuneration and Audit Committee of the Deželna banka Slovenije d. d. Supervisory Board.
