In compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d. and the relevant legislation, the company ISTRABENZ, holdinška družba, d.d. (Plc.), Koper hereby announces the change of the Financial calendar for 2013.

The change refers to the 20^th regular General Meeting of Shareholders of the Istrabenz Holding Company, initially scheduled for Thursday, 13 June 2013, which has been now postponed to a later date. The Company shall communicate the new date of the General Meeting of Shareholders as soon as it will be fixed.   

This notification will be published also on the Company’s website www.istrabenz.si as of May 10, 2013 and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
