Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. hereby announces that the Merger by Acquisition Agreement was signed between TRIGLAV NEPREMIČNINE, Upravljanje, svetovanje in trgovanje z lastnimi nepremičninami d.o.o., Ljubljana, and ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d. The merger of this 100%-owned subsidiary and the parent company is in line with optimising the management of the real property owned by Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. The merger by acquisition procedure is subject to the approval by the Insurance Supervision Agency.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 28 April 2014 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
