Abanka Vipa d.d. hereby publishes the following announcement:

Shares in Abanka Vipa d.d. with the ticker symbol ABKS that were subscribed and paid up in the procedure for an increase in Abanka’s share capital recorded in the companies register on 10 October 2014 were entered in the central register of book-entry securities at the Central Securities Clearing Corporation (hereinafter: CSCC) on 21 October 2014.

Before the changes, Abanka Vipa d.d. had issued 15,000,000 no-par-value shares with the ticker symbol ABKS. In the recapitalisation of Abanka Vipa d.d. an additional 100,000 shares were registered at the CSCC on 21 October 2014. The total number of shares registered at the CSCC is thus 15,100,000. All the shares carry voting rights.

The information in this announcement that is classed as inside information under Article 275 of the ZTVP-1 will also be published on the Abanka website (www.abanka.si) on 27 October 2014, and will be accessible for a period of no less than five years.
