Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby announces the following:

On March 16, 2017, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., Dunajska cesta 107, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, received a notification from the company Agrokor Investment B.V., Prins Bernhardplein 200, 1097 JB, Amsterdam, Kingdom of the Netherlands, whereby the latter informs that they signed the share purchase agreement with the company Agrokor, d.d., Trg Dražena Petrovića 3, 10000 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia. On the basis of the agreement the company Agrokor Investment B.V. disposed 615,384 shares MELR to the company Agrokor, d.d.

Thereby, the company Agrokor, d.d., increases its share from 59.47% to 69.57%, while Agrokor Investment B.V. decreases its share from 28.64% to 18.53%.

This announcement shall also be published as of March 17, 2017, on the company website at www.mercatorgroup.si, for a period of no less than five years.
