In compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d. and the relevant legislation, the company ISTRABENZ Holding Company, d.d. Koper hereby announces the following changes to the Financial calendar for the year 2017:

• Publication of the audited Annual Report of the Istrabenz Holding Company and the Istrabenz Group for 2016 and the Publication of the Statement of Compliance with the Corporate Governance Code will be published on Friday, 28 April 2017;
• the 26th regular General Meeting of Shareholders of the Istrabenz Holding Company will take place on Wednesday, 31 May 2017.
