In accordance with the applicable legislation and good business practice, Nova Kreditna banka Maribor d.d. hereby gives the following notice:

On 5th May, 2017 rating agency Fitch upgraded Nova KBM's Long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to "BB" from "BB-" and its Viability Rating to "bb" from "bb-". The Outlook remains Stable.

Short-Term IDR was  affirmed at 'B', Support Rating was affirmed at '5' and Support Rating Floor was affirmed at 'No Floor'.
