In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes the following notice:

Zavarovalnica Triglav again publishes the Unaudited Report of the Group and the parent company for the first quarter of 2017. On page 54 of the Report, a correction was made in the breakdown of the items of Cash flows from operating activities – Operating income (excluding revaluation) and financial income from operating receivables and Movements in operating debts – for the Triglav Group for Q1 2017.

This correction does not affect the main items of the Cash flow statement of the Triglav Group as it is not of a material nature.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav at www.triglav.eu as of 14 July 2017 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
