Announcement of the commencement of the search for investors to acquire a portfolio of non-performing exposures with total claim value of cca €246 million

Abanka d.d., Slovenska 58, 1517 Ljubljana, Slovenia (the “Seller”) with support from its exclusive financial advisor, PwC Svetovanje d.o.o. (“PwC”), hereby announces the commencement of a search for investors to acquire a portfolio of European non-performing loans (the “Portfolio”). The Portfolio comprises well-diversified non-performing exposures of the Seller to different companies with a total claim value of app. €246 million. The process is currently in its initiation phase.

The Seller together with PwC reserve the right to request, at their own complete discretion, further information about a potential investor and its envisaged financing of the purchase prior to the inclusion of the investor in the sales process.
