Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and the sole owner of the company JORDAN podjetje za zaposlovanje in usposabljanje invalidov Krško d.o.o. agreed that Telekom Slovenije, d.d, would acquire a 100% share in the company JORDAN. After the companies signed the Agreement on Acquiring and Transferring all Company Shares, Telekom Slovenije, d.d, also obtained all the necessary consents. This initiated the process of transferring ownership stakes and entering the change in ownership in the court register. On the day the ownership change is entered in the court register, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., shall become the owner of a 100% stake in the company that will be renamed to TSinpo, storitveno in invalidsko podjetje, d.o.o. The new company will be a member of the Telekom Slovenije Group. The total value of the transaction is EUR 169,000.

By purchasing a sheltered workshop, Telekom Slovenije, d.d wants to provide suitable jobs and work for its employees with disabilities, as well as opportunities for other individuals that are at a disadvantage on the labour market. Accordingly, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will gradually transfer all the activities that comprise tasks suitable for modified jobs and modified work environment to the new company.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
