Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa, d. d. hereby publishes the following announcement:

Koper, 11 November 2019 At today's session, due to delays in the introduction of the relevant corporate governance system and the relevant system for the detection and prevention of fraud, the Supervisory Board of Intereuropa, d. d. relieved the company's previous President of the Management Board, Mr Ernest Gortan, of his function. It appointed previous member of the Management Board, Mr Marko Cegnar, for a period of no more than one year as temporary president of the Management Board, as of 12 November 2019. At today's session, the Supervisory Board also appointed a new member, Mr Matija Vojsk, to the Management Board. Mr Vojsk's function as member on the Supervisory Board has been suspended for the period of his appointment to the Management Board of Intereuropa, d. d.
