Following the convening of General Meeting of Shareholders Melamin, d. d., Kočevje, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange hereby gives a summary of the basic information regarding the proposed dividend payment as well as declares the ex dividend date. The Exchange warns that the below mentioned data can be changed on the basis of the counter-proposed dividend or other confirmed dividend at the Convening of General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Stock Exchange hereby informs the concerned public that when specifying the dividend payment conditions, the company failed to account for article 28. of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, which specifies the last day of dividend entitlement (according to the register of shareholders) as not previous to the second working day following the General Shareholder’s Meeting, where the distribution of the profit has been decided upon.
