The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Luka Koper, d.d. have on its regular sessions, respectively on 20th April 2010 and 13th May 2010, adopted the Corporate Governance Policy of Luka Koper.

The Management Board and the Supervisory Board  have in December 2016 adopted a revised version of the Corporate Governance Policy, which is available in the attached file.
