Based on an expression of interest to buy shares in the company Intereuropa d.d. currently held by Luka Koper d.d., and in compliance with its adopted segmentation and financial investments management policy, the Management Board of Luka Koper d.d. has decided to dispose of said shares. In order to ensure a transparent and competitive procedure, Luka Koper d.d. shall in the following days publish in the media, on its corporate website and SEOnet, an invitation to tender for this shareholding.
