Following the counter-proposals at the General Meeting of Shareholders of SAVA RE, d. d., Ljubljana the Ljubljana Stock Exchange hereby gives a summary of the basic information regarding the proposed dividend payment. The LJSE warns that the below mentioned data can be changed on the basis of the counter-proposed dividend or other confirmed dividend at the Convening of General Meeting of Shareholders.
