On 4 August 2018 SID banka, d. d., Ljubljana (SID Bank) repaid the SEDABI 0,875 08/04/18 Bond. At present SID Bank has no securities admitted to trading on the regulated market in the Republic of Slovenia or any other Member State.

According to the Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI) SID Bank does not fulfill the criteria for being classified as a public company and therefore is not obliged to disclosing the regulated information.
