Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa, d.d., Vojkovo nabrežje 32, Koper, hereby publishes the following announcement:

Intereuropa d.d. hereby informs the general public that it received notification from NOVA KBM d.d., Maribor on 22 May 2019 regarding a change to its significant holding, as follows:

pursuant to the provisions of the Financial Instruments Market Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 77/18, with amendments and additions), we hereby inform you of the signing of an agreement on the sale of shares in Intereuropa, Globalni logistični servis, d.d., Vojkovo nabrežje 32, 6000 Koper–Capodistria held by NOVA KBM d.d., meaning the latter will no longer achieve the 10% threshold for a significant holding. The aforementioned agreement on the sale of shares was concluded under certain suspensive conditions.

Intereuropa d.d. hereby informs the general public that NOVA KBM d.d. is the owner of a total of 4,036,044 shares or 14.68% of the company’s voting rights.

This announcement will be published on the website of Intereuropa d.d. at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
