Pursuant to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 134 of of the Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI-1), the company SIJ – Slovenska industrija jekla, d.d., Gerbičeva ulica 98, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the audited annual report of the SIJ Group and SIJ d.d. for year 2018.

Based on provision of first paragraph of Article 135 of the Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI-1) the company announces that the Supervisory Board of SIJ d.d. has not yet approved the annual report, therefore pursuant to provisions of second paragraph of Article 135. of ZTFI the company SIJ d.d. will subsequently publish the information on its approval.

The 2018 annual report of the SIJ Group and SIJ d.d. is enclosed to this notification.

The notification is also published at the company website http://www.sij.si/ for the period of at least ten years following the announcement date.
