From 4 September 2019 four Ljubljana Stock Exchange listed companies are included in the new regional index CEEplus, which is composed of domestic companies listed on the regulated markets of Bucharest Stock Exchange, Budapest Stock Exchange, Bratislava Stock Exchange, Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Prague Stock Exchange, Warsaw Stock Exchange and Zagreb Stock Exchange (CEE Exchanges). The Slovenian companies included in the index are Krka, d. d., Novo mesto, Petrol d. d., Ljubljana, NLB d. d. and Zavarovalnica Triglav, d. d.
CEEplus index is a price index calculated daily based on closing prices. The base level is set at 1,000.00 points on August 30, 2019 and it is calculated in EUR (main currency), USD and local currencies (CZK, HRK, HUF, PLN, RON). The index is composed of more than 100 of the most liquid shares with an average value of trading per session of at least EUR 90,000 in a six months period (1 December 2018 – 31 May 2019).
The CEEplus regional index is a part of the ongoing collaboration among the CEE region’s capital markets. The project will ensure that the CEE exchanges speak with a stronger voice across debates concerning EU capital markets.
