Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the Financial Instruments Market Act, Intereuropa, d. d. hereby publishes the following announcement:

During the publication of the annual report of the Intereuropa Group and Intereuropa, d. d. for 2020, a technical error occurred on page 17 (Report of the Supervisory Board for 2020, section 1.4.4). The last sentence of the first paragraph of the aforementioned section was missing in the published text and the fifth paragraph of that section contained errors. The Report of the Supervisory Board for 2020 with the correct section 1.4.4 can be found in the attached document.

This announcement will be published on SEOnet and on Intereuropa, d. d.’s website at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 10 (ten) years from the date of publication.
