Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act (ZGD-1), Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI-1) and Ljubljanska borza, d.d.’s Rules, the Management Board of Cinkarna Celje, d.d., Kidričeva ulica 26, Celje, informs the shareholders that on 12 May 2021 it received by e-mail a counterproposal to the item 2.2. on the agenda of the 25th General Meeting of the shareholders (Use of accumulated profit), convened for 15 June 2021, submitted by the shareholder DRUŠTVO MALI DELNIČARJI SLOVENIJE, Tomšičeva ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana.

The counterproposal is attached to this notice. The counterproposal is available to shareholders at the company's headquarters under the same conditions as the reference and other material for the General Meeting and in electronic form on the company's website www.cinkarna.si, on the stock exchange electronic notification system http://seonet.ljse.si and will be published in the newspaper DELO on 14 May 2021.

This information will also be published on the company's website www.cinkarna.si and will be available for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
