On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the following information:

We inform the interested public that the Supreme court has, in the revision process related to the Luka Koper's compensation lawsuit against the former members of the supervisory board in the case of the purchase of the stake in the Slovakian holding Trade Trans Invest, decided to set aside the verdict of the courts of first and second instance and remanded the case to the court of first instance for a retrial.
