Before this acquisition, this company held no shares of the issuer Gorenje, d.d., with the symbol GRVG.

The company Kapitalska družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 119, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, informed us that due to the capital increase of the new 1.876.876 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and acquired by IFC, the stake of the voting rights of the company from the 8^th July 2010 decreased from 25.1933% to 22.2207% of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d.

The company INGOR, d.o.o., & co. k.d., Brnčičeva ulica 39, Ljubljana, 1231 Ljubljana - Črnuče, Slovenia, informed us that due to the capital increase of the new 1.876.876 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and acquired by IFC, the stake of the voting rights of the company from the 8^th July 2010 decreased from 5.6627% to 4.9945% of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d.
