Pursuant to relevant legislation, the company Gorenje, d.d., Velenje, Slovenia, hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

Velenje, December 17, 2012 – At today's meeting, Gorenje Supervisory Board was presented the Gorenje Group performance estimate for this year; the Board also approved the plan for the following year. Pursuant to the financial calendar, performance estimate and the Business Plan will be announced on Tuesday, December 18 when the Management Board will also present them at a press conference.

The Supervisory Board was also informed about the activities regarding the appointment of the remaining Management Board members for the term 2013 – 2018. The remaining Management Board members will be appointed at the Supervisory Board session to be held in mid January next year. In the new term, the Management Board will be headed by the current President and CEO Mr. Franjo Bobinac who was appointed for another term by the Supervisory Board on October 29 this year.
