According to the decision of Agencija za trg vrednostnih papirjev (ATVP-Securities Market Agency) No. 40200-9/2013-8 from 29 November 2013, where the Supplement to the prospectus, was confirmed by ATVP, the Management Board of Gorenje gospodinjski aparati, d.d., is hereby publishing the Supplement to the prospectus and Timetable for the Offering (update).

All the mentioned document is available at the Issuer's registered office, at all locations for subscription and payment of newly issued shares and on the website www.gorenje.com, www.nlb.si and also on the www.dmbzwbk.pl  from 2 December 2013 onwards.
